At UPTOWN Barbers, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
– Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
– Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
– A valid proof of purchase is required (receipt or confirmation email)
Items Not Eligible for Return
– Used grooming products, razors, or skincare (for hygiene reasons)
– Gift cards or promotional vouchers
– Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Please bring your item to any UPTOWN Barbers location during business hours:

– St James Arcade – 111 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, bring it back within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
