Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange eligible products under this policy.

Change of mind

• Return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of pickup, or of purchase if you bought in store.
• Bring proof of purchase: your receipt or confirmation email.
• After inspection, refunds go to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Not eligible for a change of mind return

• Opened or used grooming products, razors and skincare, for hygiene reasons
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers
• Sale or clearance items, unless faulty

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Contact our team and we will make it right. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

How to return

Bring the product to the UPTOWN shop where you bought or collected it, during opening hours.
